SUPPLIER ENQUIRY
Thank you for your interest in working with Allianz Middle East LLC (AME). By completing the registration process, your company will be added to AME Company supplier database, which is used to identify potential suppliers that possess the capability of providing Products and Services necessary to meet our various requirements.
To be considered for registration with ALLIANZ, it is important that potential vendors provide correct information in the attached Vendor Registration Forms and provide the following documents.
a. Vendor Sub-Contractor Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
– ALLIANZ-FRM-11.01 Supplier Evaluation Record
– ALLIANZ-FRM-11.02 Questionnaire for Evaluation of Supplier
– ALLIANZ-FRM-11.03 Supplier Registration Form
b. Valid Trade License
c. Introduction Letter / Business Profile of the Company
d. Duly Authenticated Copy of Agency Certificate, if any
e. Set of Catalogues or Specifications Relating to Products or Services

Each application will be evaluated by the Vendor management team based on experience, financial soundness and relevance of the goods or services. AME reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. You will be kept informed of the status of your application.
