We take pride in providing our customers and business partners with services that are of the highest professional and technical standards whilst complying with client specific and local statutory QHSE requirements. We have developed and implemented a robust integrated QHSE Management System and Risk Management Plan to identify threats to a safe operation and on the basis of assessment results, ensure that QHSE issues are being appropriately maintained and managed.

Every employee within Allianz, whether full-time or contractor, plays an essential part in ensuring that we continue to maintain the high standards that we have set for our company and our clients. Therefore our teams undergo rigorous induction programmes and maintain on-going, level-specific training and QHSE target setting. Our mission is to incentivise and educate, driving home the message that QHSE is everyone’s business.

Communication is key so we obtain regular client feedback to ensure that we are hitting and exceeding targets on every element of their project and we are continually developing and updating our workflows, processes and systems to ensure they remain efficient and easily understood by all our employees and contractors.
